Contract Cleaning
For organizations requiring on going cleaning services of their premises, we can provide cleaning from one day a week or as often as seven days a week, including services on statutory holidays. Our aim is to be flexible to meet the individual requirements of each customer. RedCoats is currently providing regular on going contract cleaning to offices, schools, shopping centers and foodcourts, high rise buildings, banking institutions, automobile dealerships, entertainment & sporting complexes & supermarkets & carparks.
Hard Floor Maintenance
We have a combination of highly trained & experienced floor technicians using state of the art equipment & products to enhance the appearance & protect any type of flooring surfaces such as tile & terrazzo, ceramic, marble, wood, granite, linoleum & vinyl. We have a special interest in constantly sourcing new products nationally & in the overseas market so we can apply the safest, slip resistant products on your floor surface providing a safe environment for everyone. Our services include industrial scrubbing & sweeping, waterblasting, stripping & sealing, recoating, as well as on-going floor maintenance programs.
Construction Cleaning/Final Cleans
Construction cleaning has become a fast growing part of our business. We work closely with property construction & development companies to deliver fast, efficient & most importantly flexible service to suit their challenging schedules so they can get on with their job & leave the cleaning to RedCoats.
Carpet Cleaning
Our commercial carpet cleaning equipment especially imported from Australia can handle any sized commercial carpet job. Using one of the most powerful steam extraction machines available, you can be assured carpets will be left free of dirt, grime, & odours, keeping carpets looking better & prolonging their life.
Window Cleaning
Our trained & qualified window team have been servicing many of the buildings throughout the city. Gantry & abseiling options are available.
Manpower & Labour Hire
RedCoats has a labour hire database of over 250 people. We have the resources to put together temporary manpower teams for any special event, food court attending staffing, building & contract maintenance, teams & day porter/maid services, customers.
Quality Assurance
Our quality control program is used in evaluating our services ON SITE. Our reports are evaluated on a strict rating system designed to guarantee all scheduled duties are completed. Quality control reports are developed & evaluated independently from operations management reports. In addition to scheduled inspections, all work sites are checked at random to further guarantee consistent performance to specifications. We have also developed a customer survey form. These forms are periodically given to customers for feedback on how we can better service our customer.
Security
We have strict rules & policies regarding security while a staff member is at our customer’s site.

“We will not allow any unauthorized persons on the customers premises.”
“We will not leave a customers property in such a manner as might create a risk or safety hazard.”
“We will not take unauthorized possession and/or movement of customers/other workers property including scrap, waste, damaged items.”
“We will wear uniforms & protective clothing where supplied, on the job.”
“We will not disturb or handle any document left on office desks or tables.”
