RedCoats Cleaning Services Limited is a New Zealand owned, soundly based commercial cleaning company servicing businesses throughout the Auckland regional areas.
Established in 1995 & based on the North Shore, RedCoats is currently providing services to a wide range of customers, from major school institutions, high rise office buildings, shopping centers, financial institutions, sport & entertainment complexes, as well as to smaller businesses & private organizations.
Our diversified base has allowed us to gain the knowledge & expertise necessary to services many different types of properties. RedCoats currently & proudly, maintain in excess of 100 commercial facilities.
The Directors
Company Directors, Stephen Polwart & David Hall have put a great deal of emphasis on successfully operating under the company philosophy of professional, yet personalized services. Both Stephen & David have a ‘hands on’ approach to the company by personally being on site & available to their customers & staff.
Stephen Polwart
Stephen has had over twenty years experience in the cleaning industry with several years in a senior Managerial role of Commercial Building Maintenance Inc. (CBM) a company supplying nightly cleaning of 3.5 million square feet of commercial space in the Washington DC metropolitan areas.
David Hall
David has a wealth of experience in senior administrative roles working with a number of government bodies. David has enjoyed a very high profile at a national level, & brings to RedCoats a great deal of business & organizational experience as well as financial depth.
